Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times are typically 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

 

Subscription Orders

Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on your selected schedule. You can manage, pause, or update your subscription at any time from your account.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

Summit & Tail is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@summitandtail.com and we will help resolve the issue.
